{"id":26908,"date":"2020-09-05T16:00:20","date_gmt":"2020-09-05T14:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/?p=26908"},"modified":"2020-09-05T16:00:20","modified_gmt":"2020-09-05T14:00:20","slug":"pan-relleno-de-jamon-y-queso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pan-relleno-de-jamon-y-queso\/","title":{"rendered":"Pan relleno de jam\u00f3n y queso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700 g de harina de fuerza o de panader\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>1 cubo de levadura fresca<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">1\/2 cucharadita de az\u00facar<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">1 cucharadita de sal<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">200 ml de agua tibia<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Un poco de aceite de oliva<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Jam\u00f3n serrano en rebanadas<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Ca\u00f1a de lomo cortada finamente<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Rebanadas de queso manchego<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Aceitunas verdes en rodajas (opcional)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"_xlr\">\n<div id=\"id_5f53835bdb6488914853327\" class=\"text_exposed_root text_exposed\"><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Vertemos la harina y la sal en una copa amplio. Aparte, disolvemos la levadura y el az\u00facar en un vaso con agua tibia.<br \/>\nA\u00f1adimos esta soluci\u00f3n de levadura sobre la harina y mezclamos con una cuchara de madera o con las manos empapadas en aceite. Si vemos que hace falta, podemos echar m\u00e1s agua tibia. Mezclamos hasta que se quede hecha una masa que casi no se pegue. Cubrimos la copa con papel transparente o con un pa\u00f1o de cocina y dejamos reposar la masa aproximadamente 1 hora para que doble su tama\u00f1o. Vamos precalentando el horno a unos 200\u00baC. Dividimos la masa en dos, para preparar dos panes de tama\u00f1o medio. Nos untamos las manos con aceite y tambi\u00e9n vertemos un poco sobre la mesa trabajo. Extendemos la masa y le damos un tama\u00f1o un poco mayor que un folio. El grosor tampoco debe ser demasiado fino. Rellenamos el pan con el jam\u00f3n, el queso y el lomo. Espolvoreamos las aceitunas en rodajas. Dejaremos los bordes de la masa libres. Enrollamos la masa para formar una especie de chapata de pan, siempre metiendo los bordes hacia dentro para que el relleno no se nos salga durante el horneado. Ahora, pinchamos superficialmente el pan para que permita la salida del vapor. Eso s\u00ed, uno de los orificios debe atravesar el pan por completo. Ponemos los panes sobre una bandeja de horno forrada con papel antiadherente y lo cocinamos hasta que est\u00e9n doraditos.
