{"id":26271,"date":"2020-09-01T17:00:17","date_gmt":"2020-09-01T15:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/?p=26271"},"modified":"2020-08-31T18:40:16","modified_gmt":"2020-08-31T16:40:16","slug":"tarta-de-queso-crujiente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/tarta-de-queso-crujiente\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarta de queso crujiente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: <\/b>40 minutos aproximadamente (m\u00e1s el tiempo de enfriado y horneado)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Porciones:\u00a0<\/strong>12 raciones<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para la base y la costra crujiente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g de harina<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li>120 g de almendras molidas<\/li>\n<li>225 g de mantequilla fr\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>175 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2 sobres de az\u00facar avainillado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para el relleno:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de quark bajo en grasa<\/li>\n<li>500 g de quark cremoso<\/li>\n<li>1 sobre de preparado para pud\u00edn de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de ralladura de 1 lim\u00f3n biol\u00f3gico<\/li>\n<li>6 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li>300 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Otros ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Harina para la superficie de trabajo<\/li>\n<li>Mantequilla para el molde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Para preparar la masa, tamice la harina en un cuenco y a\u00f1ada todos los ingredientes. Amase con las manos hasta conseguir una masa homog\u00e9nea. Engrase un molde desmontable (26 cm de di\u00e1metro) con mantequilla. Disponga \u2154 de la masa en el molde. Forme un borde. Cubra el molde con film transparente y d\u00e9jelo enfriar durante 30 minutos. Forme una bola con el resto de masa, envu\u00e9lvala en film transparente y d\u00e9jela reposar en el frigor\u00edfico. Precaliente el horno a 180\u00b0C. Deje escurrir el quark en un colador. A continuaci\u00f3n, m\u00e9zclelo con el preparado para pud\u00edn de vainilla, el zumo y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Separe las yemas de las claras. Bata las claras a punto de nieve con la sal y 100 g de az\u00facar. Mezcle las yemas con el resto del az\u00facar hasta conseguir una mezcla de textura cremosa y color amarillo claro. Mezcle la crema de yemas con la mezcla de quark. Despu\u00e9s, incorpore cuidadosamente a la mezcla las claras a punto de nieve en 3 tandas. Vierta esta mezcla al <span class=\"text_line\" data-position=\"15:47:30:0:0\" data-endposition=\"15:47:43:0:0\" data-complex=\"0\">molde. Exti\u00e9ndala y reparta la masa reservada en migas grandes. Hornee a altura<span data-selectable=\"0\" data-singlespace=\"1\" data-lineend=\"1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"text_line\" data-position=\"15:47:43:0:0\" data-endposition=\"15:47:58:0:0\" data-complex=\"0\">media durante 1 hora. Si la superficie de la tarta se tuesta demasiado, cubra con<span data-selectable=\"0\" data-singlespace=\"1\" data-lineend=\"1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"text_line\" data-position=\"15:47:58:0:0\" data-endposition=\"15:48:0:0:0\" data-complex=\"0\">papel de aluminio.
