Pele la cebolla y el ajo, y p\u00edquelos. Caliente el aceite en una olla y rehogue la cebolla en \u00e9l. A\u00f1ada el ajo y el calabac\u00edn y rehogue todo durante unos 3 minutos removiendo. Agregue el caldo y sazone con sal, pimienta y Cayena molida. Deje que se haga tapado durante unos 25 minutos, a\u00f1ada entonces el vino y la nata, deje hervir brevemente y reduzca la sopa a pur\u00e9. Lave las hojas de albahaca, s\u00e9quelas y c\u00f3rtelas en tiras finas.
