Hierve el agua en una olla con un puno de sal de mar, una vez hervida. Dale una breve cocci\u00f3n para lograr que queden tierno pero crujiente y con un calor verde intenso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 4 Desayuno<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 huevo revuelto o estrellado sin aceite<\/li>\n<li>1 rebanada de pan tostado<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pl\u00e1tano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el huevo rompe una pieza en un sart\u00e9n con poco aceite. Anade un poco de pimienta. Cocina hasta que est\u00e9 cocido pero tierno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 5 Comida<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>80 g de queso panela<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo cocido<\/li>\n<li>5 galletas saladas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Paso 6 cena<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>80 g de carne<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de br\u00f3coli<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de helado de vainilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para la carne rociar un poco de aceite en spray en una sart\u00e9n. Una vez caliente pasa el bistec y cocina por ambos los lados. Sal y pimienta.
