{"id":18538,"date":"2019-01-23T18:08:25","date_gmt":"2019-01-23T17:08:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/?p=18538"},"modified":"2019-01-23T18:08:25","modified_gmt":"2019-01-23T17:08:25","slug":"salsa-boscaiola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/salsa-boscaiola\/","title":{"rendered":"Salsa boscaiola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Porciones: <\/strong>2 raciones de pasta<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gramos de champi\u00f1ones (puedes ser otro tipo de seta)<\/li>\n<li>60 gramos de bacon o panceta<\/li>\n<li>150 gramos de tomate cherry<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a (60 gramos)<\/li>\n<li>20 gramos de aceitunas negras sin hueso<\/li>\n<li>1 ramillete de perejil fresco<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Un diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Limpiamos bien los champi\u00f1ones y los cortamos en l\u00e1minas. Cortamos el bacon en tiras, los tomates cherry en cuartos, y las aceitunas en rodajas. Reservamos. En una sart\u00e9n sin aceite doramos ligeramente el bacon, apartamos del fuego y reservamos. En otra sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite, ponemos el ajo cortado finito y la cebolla en cubitos, dejamos cocinar durante unos 6 minutos y a\u00f1adimos los champi\u00f1ones en l\u00e1minas. Lo dejamos cocinar todo a fuego medio-alto durante 7-8 minutos removiendo de vez en cuando para que se haga todo por igual. A\u00f1adimos a esa sart\u00e9n la panceta, los tomates cherry y las aceitunas negras. Salpimentamos al gusto. Removemos y cocinamos durante 10 minutos a fuego medio. Si vemos que se nos queda muy seco, podemos a\u00f1adir un poco del agua de la cocci\u00f3n de la pasta que hagamos. Al final de todo a\u00f1adimos una cucharada de perejil fresco picado. Removemos. Y ya podemos echar nuestra pasta reci\u00e9n cocida en la misma sart\u00e9n de la salsa y mezclarlo bien todo.
