{"id":18004,"date":"2018-12-09T18:04:03","date_gmt":"2018-12-09T17:04:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/?p=18004"},"modified":"2018-12-09T18:05:43","modified_gmt":"2018-12-09T17:05:43","slug":"new-york-cheesecake-con-salsa-de-zarzamora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/new-york-cheesecake-con-salsa-de-zarzamora\/","title":{"rendered":"New York cheesecake con salsa de zarzamora"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Porciones:\u00a0<\/strong>10 personas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dificultad:<\/strong>\u00a0Media<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n: <\/b>4 horas m\u00e1s\u00a0refrigeraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 huevos<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de crema para batir<\/li>\n<li>1.140 kilos de queso crema<\/li>\n<li>90 gramos de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tazas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cucharaditas de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de ralladura de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para la salsa de zarzamora:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tazas de zarzamoras congeladas<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de pectina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Precalienta el horno a 150\u00b0C. Forra un molde desmoldable con papel aluminio grueso y engrasa con mantequilla derretida. Hierve 2 litros de agua para usar en el ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda. Bate el huevo con la crema hasta que se incorpore. Bate el queso crema junto con la mantequilla hasta que esponjen, agrega la mezcla del huevo. Empieza a velocidad baja, ve aumentando hasta que la mezcla est\u00e9 cremosa. Agrega el az\u00facar, la f\u00e9cula, la vainilla, la ralladura y el jugo. Bate a velocidad alta 2 minutos m\u00e1s. Vac\u00eda la mezcla al molde preparado, acom\u00f3dalo sobre una charola alta y grande para colocar el agua hirviendo, sin que toque las orillas. Hornea 2 1\/2 horas hasta que la superficie est\u00e9 ligeramente dorada o al insertar un palillo, \u00e9ste salga limpio. Retira del horno y del ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda, deja enfriar 4 horas a temperatura ambiente. Refrigera. Mientras, para elaborar la mermelada de zarzamora, ponla a hervir con el az\u00facar, aplasta la fruta, espolvorea con la pectina, cocina unos minutos m\u00e1s. Deja enfriar por completo. Desmolda el cheesecake y decora con la mermelada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Secreto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Todos los ingredientes deben estar a temperatura ambiente.
