En un recipiente hondo, mezcle la harina de almendra, la levadura y la sal. En un recipiente aparte, bata la clara de huevo hasta que se formen picos duros. Corte la mantequilla sobre los ingredientes secos para formar una mezcla grumosa. Sirva la mezcla grumosa sobre la clara de huevo para formar una masa. Divida la masa en 2 gotas para 2 bizcochos en la bandeja cubierta con papel para cocinar. Hornee de 11 a 15 minutos hasta que los bizcochos est\u00e9n dorados, luego deje enfriar. Caliente la salchicha hasta que quede dorada, luego agregue el caldo de pollo y el queso crema y revuelva. Deje hervir a fuego lento hasta que espese, luego sazone con sal y pimienta.
