{"id":17406,"date":"2018-11-28T17:54:50","date_gmt":"2018-11-28T16:54:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/?p=17406"},"modified":"2018-11-28T17:54:50","modified_gmt":"2018-11-28T16:54:50","slug":"pastes-de-frijoles-con-chorizo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pastes-de-frijoles-con-chorizo\/","title":{"rendered":"Pastes de frijoles con chorizo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Porciones:\u00a0<\/strong>6 a 8 pastes<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><strong>: <\/strong>1 hora<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dificultad:\u00a0<\/strong>F\u00e1cil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 kilo de harina cernida<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de sal<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear<\/li>\n<li>100 gramos de manteca de cerdo<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de leche<\/li>\n<li>Cortador de galletas circular<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para el relleno:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 chiles anchos<\/li>\n<li>250 gramos de chorizo<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de frijoles cocidos y refritos<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de consom\u00e9 de pollo en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo batido para barnizar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">P<\/span>recalienta el horno a 180\u00baC. Agrega la harina, la sal y el polvo para hornear en un recipiente grande. Cierne la mezcla de la harina. Agrega la manteca e integra con las manos. A\u00f1ade, poco a poco, la leche y bate hasta que sea una masa suave y manejable. Enharina la mesa de trabajo y extiende la masa con el rodillo. Corta los c\u00edrculos con el cortador de galletas. Coloca los c\u00edrculos en la charola para hornear. Reserva. Para preparar el relleno, coloca los chiles en una olla con agua caliente y deja reposar unos minutos hasta que se suavicen. Muele en la licuadora y cuela la salsa. Reserva. Fr\u00ede el chorizo en una cacerola. Cuando est\u00e9 dorado, agrega los frijoles refritos. Vierte la salsa y el consom\u00e9 de pollo. Deja cocinar 5 minutos a fuego bajo o hasta que la salsa se haya resecado un poco. El relleno debe quedar espeso. Rellena los pastes. Barniza las orillas con el huevo y la brocha, dobla para cerrar perfectamente. Barniza la superficie con el huevo. Hornea 20 minutos o hasta que los pastes est\u00e9n dorados. Retira del horno.
