Espolvoree la harina de trigo integral sobre el \u00e1rea del trabajo. Con el rodillo extienda la masa hasta que obtenga el espesor deseado. Roc\u00ede el aceite vegetal en spray en una bandeja para hornear galletas. Pase a la bandeja la masa de pizza. Con una brocheta barnice la masa de aceite de oliva. Mezcle el queso ricota con la albahaca seca, la cebolla, el ajo y la sal; vierta esta mezcla sobre la masa. Esparza el queso mozzarella semi descremado sobre la masa, y los champi\u00f1ones y el piment\u00f3n rojo sobre el queso. Hornee a 425\u00b0F de 13 a 15 minutos o hasta que el queso se derrita y la masa obtenga un color dorado oscuro.
