Anadir esta mezcla en la mitades del pimiento. No llenar hasta arriba. Colocar las hojas de espinaca encima. Empujar las hojas en la mezcla. Cubrir cada pimiento con papel de aluminio. Hornear en un horno precalentado a 190\u00b0C hasta que est\u00e9 cocido. Desenvolver y espolvorear queso parmesano encima.
