Es beneficioso para la vista, el cabello y los huesos. Es rico en vitamina B1, B2 y B6.<\/p>\n<h2>Men\u00fa<\/h2>\n<p><strong>En ayunas:\u00a0<\/strong>1 litro de agua de apio (para beber durante el d\u00eda). Puede ser fr\u00edo o caliente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desayuno:\u00a0<\/strong>1 taza de leche descremada con 2 cucharadas soperas de cereales y 1 manzana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Media\u00a0<\/strong><b>ma\u00f1ana:\u00a0<\/b>Apio en palitos en la cantidad deseada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Almuerzo:\u00a0<\/strong>Un filete de pollo o pavo a la plancha. Una gran ensalada de apio con 4 aceitunas deshuesadas, rabanillos, zanahorias, r\u00facula y 2 nueces. Postre: manzana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Merienda:\u00a0<\/strong>1 taz\u00f3n de agua de apio. 1 pan integral con margarina diet\u00e9tica, quesillo y\/o mermelada diet\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cena:\u00a0<\/strong>Opci\u00f3n 1: Un taz\u00f3n de sopa de apio con medio cubo de caldo de pollo y un huevo duro. Opci\u00f3n 2: Pollo a la plancha, acompa\u00f1ado con ensalada de apio y lechuga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postre:\u00a0<\/strong>Membrillos cocidos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nota:\u00a0<\/strong>Con la dieta del apio se puede bajar 1 kilo en una semana.
