{"id":10656,"date":"2016-12-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-18T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pastel-de-carne\/"},"modified":"2018-01-11T18:00:05","modified_gmt":"2018-01-11T17:00:05","slug":"pastel-de-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pastel-de-carne\/","title":{"rendered":"Pastel de carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cebolla grande, picada<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150 gr de champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">250 gr de carne ternera picada<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 cucharaditas de mezcla de hierbas<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">130 gr de arvejas, congeladas<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">100 gr de zanahorias beb\u00e9<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cubito de caldo de carne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr de harina<\/li>\n<li>125 gr de grasa<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de bicarbonado de sodio<\/li>\n<li>2 o 3 ramitas de romero<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo, ligeramente batido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nPicar la cebolla y los champi\u00f1ones, agregar la carne picada, los champi\u00f1ones y saltear todo en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego alto hasta que la carne est\u00e9 bien dorada. Agregar las arvejas, el cubito de caldo, y cocinar 10 minutos m\u00e1s. El relleno est\u00e1 ya listo para el pastel. Reservar. Para la masa, tamizar juntos la harina y el bicarbonato de sodio. Agregar la grasa y el romero finemente picado. Desarmar con las manos hasta lograr un arenado. Agregar agua hasta que todo se una en un bollo. Llevar a la heladera y dejar descansar por 30 minutos. Precalentar el horno a 200\u00b0C (fuerte). Enmantecar y enharinar una tartera desmontable. Tomar la masa, dividirla en 2 porciones iguales y formar 2 discos aplastando con las manos. Amasar con palo de amasar hasta lograr un disco de 23 cm de di\u00e1metro. Cubrir la tartera con un disco de masa. Recortar los bordes que sobresalen y pincelar la base con huevo batido. Llevar al horno sin relleno. Cocinar 10 minutos. Este paso va a evitar que la masa se moje con los jugos del relleno. Retirar la tartera del horno y colocar el relleno en el centro de la tarta dejando 1 cm de espacio entre el relleno y el borde. Pincelar el borde con huevo batido y ubicar encima el segundo disco de masa. Presionar los bordes para que se sellen, pincelar nuevamente con huevo y realizar dos cortes con la parte superior para que escape el vapor. Presionar los bordes con un tenedor y llevar al horno.
