{"id":10650,"date":"2016-12-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-19T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/lasana-de-mariscos-y-vegetales\/"},"modified":"2018-01-11T18:22:59","modified_gmt":"2018-01-11T17:22:59","slug":"lasana-de-mariscos-y-vegetales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/lasana-de-mariscos-y-vegetales\/","title":{"rendered":"Lasa\u00f1a de mariscos y vegetales"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">\u00a0<b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">125 gr de calamar preparado<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">125 gr de filete de salm\u00f3n, cortado en trozos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">125 gr de mariscos surtidos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150 ml di vino blanco seco<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150 ml de caldo de pescado bajo en sodio<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">C\u00e1scara rallada de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 zanahoria, picada gruesa<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 kg de tomates, en cubos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">5 jud\u00edas verdes (chauchas), rebanadas<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 zucchini, cortados en cubos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">250 gr de puntas de esp\u00e1rragos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">170 gr de guisantes (arvejas) frescos o congelados<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 bulbo pequeno de hinojo, en cubos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cebolla, picada<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">4 dientes de ajo, picados gruesos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 cucharadas de perejil fresco, picado<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1\/4 cucharadita de semillas de hinojo<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1\/2 cucharadita de hierbas italianas secas surtidas<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Una pizca de aj\u00ed molido<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">400 gr de masa de lasa\u00f1a (no precocida)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">250 gr de reques\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 huevos, ligeramente batidos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">85 gr de queso parmesano, rallado<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Nuez moscada al gusto<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Pimienta de Cayena al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nPrecalentar al horno a 180\u00b0C. Calentar 2 cucharadas del aceite en una olla. Agregar el hinojo, la cebolla y la mitad del ajo. Cocinar hasta que la cebolla se ablande. Agregar el perejil, las semillas de hinojo, las hierbas italianas y el pimiento, y cocinar 1 minuto. Incorporar los camarones y los mariscos surtidos, y cocinar 30 segundos. Con una espumadera pasar los mariscos e un bol y reservar. Agregar el vino, el caldo, la c\u00e0scara de lim\u00f3n, los hojas de laurel y la zanahoria a los jugos que quedan en la olla. Hervir hasta que el l\u00edquido se haya reducido a uno 100 ml. Anadir los tomates y cocinar a fuego alto 3 o 4 minutos, o hasta que la salsa se haya reducido. Agregar las jud\u00edas y el resto del ajo. Tapar y cocinar 10 minutos. Agregar los esp\u00e1rragos y guisantes y cocinar, tapado, otros 5 minutos. Aceitar un recipiente para horno. Con una espumadera, retirar dos tercios de las verduras de la salsa y colocarlas en e refractario; quitar las hojas de laurel. Cubrir con una capa de masa de lasa\u00f1a, superponiendo apenas las l\u00e1minas de masa. Agregar los mariscos y el pescado y una segunda capa de lasa\u00f1a. Verter el resto de las verduras y la salsa. Terminar con una \u00faltima capa de lasa\u00f1a. Mezclar el reques\u00f3n con los huevos y el queso parmesano. Condimentar con un poco de nuez moscada, pimienta y pimienta de Cayena, si se desea. Verter en forma pareja sobre la lasa\u00f1a y rociar con el resto del aceite de oliva. Hornear 30 minutos o hasta que la lasa\u00f1a burbujee y la superficie est\u00e9 dorada.
