Mezclar los dos tipos de harinas junto con la sal, y formar una corona en la mesada. En el centro colocar el aceite y la levadura, e incorporar todos los ingredientes. Ir agregando agua para que tenga consistencia de masa. Hacer un bollo y dejar que leude hasta que duplique su volumen en un lugar templado. As\u00ed se obtiene el bollo leudado integral para pizza.<\/p>\n<p>*<b>Para hacer un solo bollo:<\/b><br \/>\nDividir por 4 a 2 todos los ingredientes descriptos y seguir los mismos pasos de preparaci\u00f2n, ya sea que se deseo un solo bollo peque\u00f1o o un solo bollo grande. Las recetas de pizzas requieren de un solo bollo grande.<\/p>\n<p><b>Para armar una prepizza con el bollo integral:<\/b><br \/>\nUna vez duplicado su volumen, amasar y formar 4 bollos diferentes y disponer una forma redonda o cuadrada, de acuerdo al tama\u00f1o de las asaduras. Pintar con aceite y dejar leudar nuevamente. Llevar al horno moderado por 15 minutos. Se puede espacio opcionalmente una pincelada de salsa de tomate con or\u00e9gano antes de colocar en el horno.
