{"id":10607,"date":"2016-12-22T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-21T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/bollo-leudado-para-pizza-masa-clasica\/"},"modified":"2018-06-18T15:20:38","modified_gmt":"2018-06-18T13:20:38","slug":"bollo-leudado-para-pizza-masa-clasica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/bollo-leudado-para-pizza-masa-clasica\/","title":{"rendered":"Bollo leudado para pizza (Masa cl\u00e1sica)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><b>Ingredientes para 4 pizzas pequenas y 2 pizzas grandes:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 kg de harina com\u00fan y cantidad extra (para amasado)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">50 gr de levadura fresca, o 1 sobre la levadura en polvo<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 cucharada sopera de sal (al ras)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">600 cc de agua<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Aceite vegetal, cantidad necesaria<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Salsa de tomate, para untar en superficie (opcional)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Or\u00e9gano, para espolvorear en superficie (optativo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nDisolver la levadura en los 600 cc de agua tibia. Mezclar la sal en la harina y con ella formar una corona en la mesada. En el centro de la harina ir agregando de a poco el agua con la levadura disuelta y con las manos ir uniendo y tomando la masa hasta formar un bollo suave y tierno, de ser necesario agregar un poco m\u00e1s de harina. Dejar la masa reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido, tapada con un lienzo hasta que duplique su volumen. Pasado este tiempo, aplastar con los dedos la masa para descalificar (desinflar) y cortar en cuatro partes (seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o que se desee de las pizzas o pizzetas). Con cada parte hacer un bollo y dejar reposar nuovamente, tapados con lienzo hasta que vuelvan a levar. All\u00ed se obtiene el bollo laudado para pizza. Rinde para 4 bollos peque\u00f1os (4 pizzas peque\u00f1as) o 2 bollos grandes (2 pizzas grandes).<\/p>\n<p><b>*Para hacer un solo bollo:<\/b><br \/>\nDivider por 4 o 2 todos los ingredientes descriptos y seguir los mismos pasos de preparaci\u00f2n, ya sea que se deseo un solo bollo peque\u00f1o o un solo bollo grande. Las recetas de pizzas requiere de un solo bollo grande.<\/p>\n<p><b>Para armar una prepizza con el bollo:<\/b><br \/>\nUntar con aceite los moldes para las pizzas. Estirar con palo de amasar cada bollo, puede ser redondo o cuadrado (depende de los moldes) colocar cada unos en la pizzera y terminar de estirar con los dedos. Opcionalmente pintar cada pizza con la salsa de tomate y espolvorear or\u00e9gano al gusto. Cocinar en el horno ya caliente por 8 minutos aprox. Retirar del horno y reservar para colocar la cubierta que se haya elegido (seg\u00fan la receta).
