{"id":10604,"date":"2016-12-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-22T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pizza-con-cerezas-brie-y-rucula\/"},"modified":"2018-06-18T15:16:11","modified_gmt":"2018-06-18T13:16:11","slug":"pizza-con-cerezas-brie-y-rucula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pizza-con-cerezas-brie-y-rucula\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza con cerezas brie y rucula"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">\u00a0<b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bollo leudado para pizza<\/li>\n<li>160 gr cerezas frescas<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla amarilla<\/li>\n<li>4 estrellas de an\u00eds<\/li>\n<li>150 gr de queso Brie (o Cuartirolo)<\/li>\n<li>150 gr de queso mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla ex\u00f3tica de especias<\/li>\n<li>20 gr de pin\u00f2n<\/li>\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n de vinagre bals\u00e1mico, c\/n<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de trufa, c\/n<\/li>\n<li>1 punado de rucula (ar\u00f9gula) fresca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f2n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cortar la cebolla en tiras finas. En un sart\u00e9n colocar aceite de oliva y la cebolla, agregar an\u00ecs estrella y dejar que caramelice. Deshuesar las cerezas, rebanar el queso Brie y mozzarella. Aparte quitar el tallo a la r\u00f9cula y sazonar con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Reservar. Precalentar el horno a 190\u00b0C (moderado). Estirar la masa de la pizza en un c\u00edrculo de aproximadamente 1\/2 de espesor. Colocar en una pizzera previamente aceitada. Sobre la masa, acomodar el queso Brie, mozzarella, las cerezas y la cebolla caramelizada. Poner un poco de mezcla ex\u00f3tica, aceite de oliva y al final los pinones. Hornear durante 15 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que la masa est\u00e8 cocida y ligeramente dorada. Al sacar del horno, colocar encima la recula sazonada, crema de bals\u00e1mico y un poco de aceite de trufa.
