{"id":10552,"date":"2017-01-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-02T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pasta-frola-tradiciona\/"},"modified":"2018-01-13T19:21:30","modified_gmt":"2018-01-13T18:21:30","slug":"pasta-frola-tradiciona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pasta-frola-tradiciona\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta frola tradicional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">500 gr de harina leudante<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">300 gr de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">200 gr de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">3 yemas de huevo<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 huevo entero<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">la ralladura de la c\u00e0scara de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">800 gr de dulce de membrillo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nMezclar la mantequilla blanda con el az\u00facar, las yemas, la esencia de vainilla y por \u00f9ltimo la ralladura de lim\u00f3n. Colocar la harina en la mesada en forma de corona, y agregar la preparaci\u00f2n anterior en el centro. Amasar un poco, solamente lo justo para que quede ligada. Envolver en papel film y llevar a la heladera por una hora. Cortar el dulce de membrillo en cubitos y pisar, para hacer pur\u00e8. Si es muy duro, calentar el dulce de membrillo para que se ablande. Estirar la masa de 1\/2 cm de espesor (reservar parte de la masa para las tiras en parte superior), y forrar un molde para tartas. Rellenar con el pur\u00e8 de membrillo. Colocar tirar de masa en forma cruzada por arriba del pur\u00e8 de membrillo. Pintar con huevo batido y llevar al horno moderado por 30 a 40 minutos.
