Mezclar bien con un batidor. Reservar. Para el tempura: combinar agua y yemas; batir bien. Tamizar la harina y batir bien hasta que se hayan combinado. La mezcla puede quedar media grumosa. Calentar el aceite de girasol en una sart\u00e9n honda hasta que est\u00e9 bien caliente. Pasar los vegetales por el tempera, y luego directamente en el aceite caliente. Fre\u00edr en tandas, asegur\u00e1ndose de no sobrecargar la sart\u00e9n. Una vez dorados, retirar con una espumadera y dejar escurrir el exceso de aceite sobre una toalla de papel. Repetir con el resto de los vegetales.
