Poner en una olla los ingredientes de la salsa, cocinar hasta que hiervan, retirar y reservar. Preparar el batido. En un bol, mezclar todos los ingredientes del batido, hasta obtener una preparaci\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea. Es importante para la cocci\u00f3n que la masa del rebozado est\u00e8 bien fr\u00eda. Colocar dentro de otro recipiente con hielo y agua. Pasar los mariscos y el pescado por harina y luego por el batido Luego, fre\u00edr inmediatamente en un sart\u00e9n con aceite caliente. Fre\u00edr hasta dorar.
