Reservar y humedecer el pan con la leche (agregar poca leche ya que el pescado suelta agua). A continuaci\u00f3n poner la mariposa en el vaso donde tenemos el pescado triturado y echar los dem\u00e1s ingredientes para las hamburguesas, tapar, dar la vuelta al cubilete y mezclar todo a velocidad uno, durante un minuto. Retirar la mezcla de la procesadora y con la ayuda de un aro de cocina formar las hamburguesas. Se pueden empalizar ligeramente con harina de ma\u00edz (polenta) o con harina de salvado de trigo. Poner el aceite en una sart\u00e9n o plancha y pasar las hamburguesas por los dos lados a fuego medio, en poco tiempo para que se doren y queden bien jugosas.
