Once it&#8217;s melted, stir in orange food dye. Use enough to where its bright orange like a pumpkin. Completely dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate. You should still be able to see the leaves but you shouldn&#8217;t be able to see anymore red from the strawberry. Lay strawberries on a sheet of parchment paper and gently draw vertical pumpkin lines down the chocolate.
