{"id":23970,"date":"2019-12-28T11:50:47","date_gmt":"2019-12-28T10:50:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/?p=23970"},"modified":"2019-12-28T11:50:47","modified_gmt":"2019-12-28T10:50:47","slug":"spaghetti-with-garlic-and-anchovy-oil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/en\/spaghetti-with-garlic-and-anchovy-oil\/","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti with garlic and anchovy oil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Serves:\u00a0<\/strong>4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic largely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 small can or 1 heaping fork full of anchovy<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup fresh parsley rough chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cook spaghetti following package directions until slightly under cooked. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large saut\u00e9 pan over medium heat. Add the anchovy and saut\u00e9 thoroughly. Add the red pepper flakes and garlic and cook until golden brown, the add the parsley. Add a ladle of the pasta water allowing the flavors to combine. Remove the pasta from the water and add it to the saut\u00e9 pan. Add more pasta water as necessary to finish cooking the pasta, letting the liquid reduce as the pasta finishes cooking and forming a sauce.
