Beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon milk, salt, pepper and the remaining spices. Pour the mixture into the pan. Slice the tomatoes and feta into cubes and place on the omelette in the pan. Reduce to medium heat and watch the omelette cooking for about 6 minutes.
