{"id":19568,"date":"2019-03-26T15:15:59","date_gmt":"2019-03-26T14:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/?p=19568"},"modified":"2019-03-26T15:15:59","modified_gmt":"2019-03-26T14:15:59","slug":"ketogenic-diet-almond-flour-pancakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/en\/ketogenic-diet-almond-flour-pancakes\/","title":{"rendered":"Ketogenic diet: Almond flour pancakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Preparation Time:\u00a0<\/strong>10 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook Time:\u00a0<\/strong>15 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Servings:\u00a0<\/strong>4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/4 cups coconut milk full fat<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup tapioca flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup almond flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp sea salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp turmeric powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp chilli powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 small red onion finely diced<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground<\/li>\n<li>A few cilantro leaves roughly chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 medium Serrano pepper finely minced<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 inch ginger finely grated<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil melted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Start by making the batter and to do that, take a large bowl. Add the tapioca flour, almond flour and the spices to the bowl and give the mixture a good stir. Add in the cilantro, Serrano pepper, ginger and onion. Make sure your batter is smooth and everything perfectly combined. Heat a medium saut\u00e9 pan on medium low heat; then in the 2 tablespoons of oil. Pour about 1\/4 cup of the batter into the pan and gently spread it into the pan. Fry for about 3 minutes per side; and if you notice the sides are getting brown quickly, drizzle a little quantity of oil before you flip the pancake.
