Next, add the chicken legs to the baking dish and season with the lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Add the garlic, onion and lemon slices to the baking dish. Roast for 30 minutes or until the chicken legs begin to brown. Flip and then roast for an additional 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
