Add the other ingredients to make the dough.\u00a0Place on a flat surface and mix in the chopped parsley and chives; season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.\u00a0Brown the sausage in a little oil then mix in with the potato and knead for a couple of minutes. Form into small balls and coat in the flour before frying in plenty of hot oil.
