Stuff the cavity of the turkey with the grapefruit, orange, lemon, and lime slices. Rub the skin with the oil and sprinkle the herbs de Provence over the surface. Place the turkey in a greased roasting pan and tent with aluminum foil. Roast, occasionally brushing the juices over the turkey, until the meat&#8217;s temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
